Our client is a Swiss startup with an international footprint.
They are rapidly growing, and looking for an
HR all rounder / BP
to bring structure, organization, and support to their team
From
HR administration
to
payroll coordination, HRIS
and
employee support
, you will ensure that everything behind the scenes is managed efficiently, allowing employees focus on what they do best. You will work together with CxO to set up the HR function from scratch.
Your responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and databases
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience
- Work closely with the external payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations
- Be the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and support
- Oversee and support on time management and the tool for the employees and support on HR Group reports
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Help foster a positive and supportive workplace culture
What You bring
Technical skills:
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; ideally Swiss HR assistant certification
- Experience coordinating payroll with external providers and Swiss employment regulations
- Abacus experience would be considered a plus
- Fluency in German (C2/Billingual), French (min B2/C1) and English are a must
