Account Manager and IT Recruiter (m/w/d)
Position zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Standort Switzerland.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Recruiting & Talent Management: Qualifizierung offener Positionen und gezielte Suche nach den besten Kandidaten
  • Interviews & Candidate Journey: Führung von Interviews und Begleitung der Kandidaten durch den gesamten Vermittlungsprozess
  • Verhandlung & Beratung: Führung von Vertragsgesprächen und individuelle Kundenberatung
  • Zusammenarbeit: Enge Abstimmung mit unseren Teams in Switzerland, Berlin & Sofia

Ihren Kenntnisse

  • Erfahrung im Account Management in der Personalberatung, IT-Services oder Consulting
  • Starkes Netzwerk und Gespür für Chancen & Potenziale
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und ein überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Fliessendes Deutsch & Englisch
  • Zielstrebigkeit, Eigeninitiative & den nötigen Biss, um in der Branche erfolgreich zu sein
