Advertising agency is looking for a Junior Recruiter 

Gravity News works with sales and live campaigns in urban environments. Using communication concepts, physical installations and digital tools, we engage the right target groups, learn more about the concepts, products and services we represent.

Our HR department is looking for a Junior Recruiter to recruit staff for our live campaigns. You are given responsibility for screening and selection of potential candidates.

  • You should be comfortable using telephone and mail as working tools.
  • You have experience from sales and / or recruitment, or you are interested in learning more about just that.
  • You have good oral and written skills.

Activities such as workshops with recruitment teams both nationally and internationally. 

We are looking for you who:

  • Have an interest in communication and is good at building relationships. 
  • You are structured and have a good work ethic so you can work independently. 
  • You should be comfortable using telephone and mail as working tools.
  • You have experience from sales and / or recruitment, or you are interested in learning more about just that.
  • You have good oral and written skills.
  • Is fluent in both English and Swiss-German
