Our Customer, Uster Technologies AG (a subsidiary of Toyota Industries Corporation), is the leading high technology instrument manufacturer of products for quality measurement and certification for the têxtile industry. To increase the worldwide sales activities for digital-enabled services and value selling over the full customer lifecycles, we are looking for a proactive person.
Tasks
- Customer acquisition for Uster Quality Expert and new Services
- Presales and negotiations with potential customers
- Value-based outcome selling, overcoming (business) objections
- Closing Sales, renewing subscriptions and avoid churn
- Aggregate customer feedback out of sales discussions to further inform the continuous services exploration of the Digital business team
**Requirements**:
- Textile studies (Bachelor's, Master's) or têxtile-technical education
- Experience in têxtile industry, especially spinning
- Strong affinity with digitalization in the têxtile industry
- Experience in software and services sales
- Business fluent in English, good knowledge of German, other languages would be an advantage
