**Job Description** Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Contract Negotiations**:

- Assist in preparing and conducting negotiations for smaller contracts with suppliers.
- Support the Procurement Manager in analyzing terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Document negotiation outcomes and update relevant databases.
- **Teams Channel Management**:

- Create and manage Microsoft Teams channels for the procurement team and cross-functional projects.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the Teams environment.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records and documents within the Teams channels.
- **Contract Reviews**:

- Conduct initial reviews of supplier contracts to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Assist in identifying and addressing potential risks and issues within contracts.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all contracts meet regulatory and company standards.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Collect and analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to the procurement team, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and taking minutes.
- Assist in maintaining and updating procurement databases and documentation.

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
