**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- As a key member of the Agile Transformation Leadership team, jointly drive the BJB Agile Transformation by delivering a wide range of activities with limited management oversight
- Plan, execute and track progress of parts of the transformation
- Prepare and facilitate workshops
- Provide planning, launching and post-launch support for new agile teams at scale
- Create and guide elaboration of materials that support program governance from team to ExB/BoD level
- Provide practical assistance to agile teams to solve challenges and build sustainable agile capability
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- 10+ years of experience working in transformation projects or programs
- 8+ years of experience in (Scaled) Agile / Project Management and / or Change Management
- 5+ years’ experience in Conceptual / Business Engineering
- 5+ years of exposure to Financial Services, thereof at least 3+ in Banking
- Organized, disciplined, and structured
- Good attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Excellent team-working ability
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Strong personality with good organizational and operational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel and (optional) MIRO and Jira skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), knowledge of German, French and other languages is an advantage
