The team act and follow one goal: free up time for the client advisor. - FSO is available across the booking centers Switzerland and mostly the first entry point for the WM client. - You’ll be working in the FSO team between Altstetten and Zürich City focusing on a new key project for our Wealth Management unit. You'll play an important role in our delivery for digital client services. **Your expertise** - ideally some years of work experience with client servicing or handling risk topic within wealth management or the banking industry - expert at building relationships (people want to know you) - strong interest in and understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks - self-starter and can work well with different stakeholder of the bank, mainly for wealth management client - resilient team player and truly service oriented, maintaining 100% accuracy with attention to detail is also very important to succeed - flexible and open for changes with a good feedback culture - organized, ability to multi-task, with great planning skills and efficient time management - fluent in English, German and French a plus **About us** - UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
