**Deine Aufgaben**:
Als Manager im Data & Analytics / Artificial Intelligence Team bist du verantwortlich für die fachliche und strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Data Analytics Projekte. Dein Hauptaugenmerk liegt dabei auf der Schaffung von Mehrwert für unsere Kunden.
- Identifizieren und erschliessen von neuen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im Bereich Data Analytics und Daten Monetarisierung. Aufbau von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen und Förderung von Partnerschaften
- Leitung von interdisziplinären und internationalen Teams bei der Konzeption, Validierung und Umsetzung von Analytics Projekten in verschiedenen Branchen
- Aktive inhaltliche Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei digitalen (AI-)Transformationen, einschliesslich Datenintegrationsstrategien, Aufbau von Datenökosystemen, Implementierung von Data Governance und (AI-)Betriebsmodellen
- Sicherstellung der Projekttransparenz, Aufbereitung und Kommunikation von technischen Konzepten an nicht-technische und Management-Stakeholder
- Übernahme der Ergebnisverantwortung sowie Sicherstellung des Projekterfolgs durch Übertreffen von Kundenanforderungen

**Dein Profil***:

- Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines Masterstudiums der Fachrichtung Data Science, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik, Physik oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Beratungs
- oder Industrieumfeld
- Erfahrung mit Data Science Toolkits und Frameworks (z.B. scikit-learn, Spark ML, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch) als auch Visualisierungstools (z.B. Tableau, PowerBI)
- Versierter Umgang mit Analytics Sprachen (Python R)
- Statistische und mathematische Fähigkeiten um komplexe Analysemodelle aufzusetzen, zu validieren und zu operationalisieren
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Enthusiastische und proaktive Persönlichkeit
