Description du poste
- Monitor compliance of personal data processing with applicable data protection laws and UBS policies, performing impact assessments and defining required compliance measures
- Advise on and support business in the definition and implementation of required measures to comply with emerging or change in privacy laws and regulations globally. Act as Project Manager, coordinating various Business, HR and Compliance Stakeholders
- Support thematic reviews on data privacy and records management topics
- Assist the implementation and execution of Data Protection Office processes
- Management and resolution of ad hoc issues and questions

Description du profil
- University degree (master), such as Business Administration or Law.
- A legal, compliance or audit background with at least 4-6 years proven experience in data privacy or related area, preferably in the financial industry with leading institutions, business consultancies or supervisory authorities.
- Good knowledge of Privacy Laws and Regulations as well as Data Ethics, the financial services industry and ability to translate requirements into operational implications for the UBS Organisation.
- Certification by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) a plus
- Ability to manoeuvre within the UBS organisation and build and manage productive working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Driven, self-starter and proven ability to organize own work in a dynamic working environment and delivering on different topics within agreed timelines.
- Flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills to enable structured problem solving with ability to synthesize and express complex issues into concrete outcomes.
- Ability to carry out role independently, showing integrity, exercise leadership, ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Commitment to high quality delivery.
