**Your role in the Team**:
**Objectives of this Role**
- Support to develop IGs brand positioning in Switzerland, identify target audiences, and support to develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Execute marketing programs leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**
- Work with the Marketing Manager and the Swiss Marketing team to deliver on the annual marketing plan for Switzerland - encompassing brand, acquisition and retention.
- Work with the Marketing Intelligence team on reporting after and throughout campaigns in order to gauge success and improve/optimize performance.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Established campaign writing skills to develop accurate and complete briefs for critical projects and campaigns
- Design, creation, proofreading and editing copy for marketing and advertising write-ups for various channels, ensuring a consistent voice
- Abou
