Event Executive Lombard Odier Investment Managers (“LOIM”) is the asset management business of the Lombard Odier Group. In order to strengthen our Marketing & Communication team, we are looking for a: You will join a global business of more than 400 professionals and a network of 13 offices across Europe, Asia and North America. Reporting to the Head of Regional & Product Marketing based in London, you will play a key role in planning and delivering impactful events that support our global sales strategy and enhance client engagement. YOUR ROLE Plan and execute a diverse programme of in-person and virtual events, supporting the global sales team and senior business leaders. Manage budgets effectively, monitor performance against agreed KPIs, and provide accurate reporting to stakeholders. Maintain timely and precise event reporting across internal systems (e.g., Salesforce) and communicate outcomes to relevant teams. Manage marketing collateral and event materials in line with compliance requirements and event objectives. Create and manage registration websites, ensuring seamless user experience and adherence to brand guidelines. Oversee logistics and administrative tasks, including event supplies, premium sourcing, and shipping. YOUR PROFILE Minimum 3 years’ experience in event management or event marketing, ideally within a global financial services environment. Strong understanding of marketing principles and familiarity with wholesale and institutional distribution. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including editing and proofing capabilities. Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, including interaction with senior stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership qualities, high energy, integrity, and respect for diverse perspectives. Highly motivated, adaptable, and creative, with a strong sense of initiative and determination to deliver results. Fluent in English. Fluent in French and German desired. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Proficiency in event tools and systems, with the ability to become a super user. A collaborative team player with a proven track record of achieving objectives and supporting team members. Comfortable operating within a matrix management organizational structure.
