**Your Responsibilities**:

- In your role as Senior Business Controller (M/F/x) you are responsible for the establishment and safeguarding of financial ratios within the Business Unit
- You are carrying out business unit specific analyses and managing optimization measures
- You prepare reports for our board and structure and control of business unit expenses
- You coordinate cost accounting issues (costing standards, BAB structures) as well as the performance management activities
- You develop calculation and simulation standards, tools for the regular analysis of product calculations and KPIs and performance reports together with the functional managers
- You ensure that saving measures are reflected in planning and actual financial statements
- Further, you coordinate Digitalization activities of the information needed to steer the Business Unit

**Your Profile**:

- You have a successfully completed your studies in business administration or industrial engineering
- You have several years of experience in the area of product and project controlling in an industrial environment
- You possess an extensive technical and economic understanding
- You have a very good level of German and English
- You have excellent communication skills connected with an analytical mindset
- Your personality is characterised by initiative, commitment and flexibility as well as the ability to work in a team
