Internship Dual Master in The Field: Business Unit

**Your responsibilities**:

- You establish the key performance indicator system for the main streams of the Business Unit Hydraulics (AxM): Purchasing, Sales, Production and Development Controlling
- You establish and ensure the further development of the monthly reporting process
- You collaborate in the preparation of forecasts and budgets
- You prepare evaluations and analyses on financial issues
- You ensure the close cooperation with operational controllers in the plant
- You collaborate in the design of monthly reviews of the business unit
- You support the automation of the reporting landscape (keyword: Power-BI)
- You organize, prepare and follow-up workshops

**Your profile**:

- You have a degree in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable with ideally a focus in finance and controlling
- You are linguistically proficient in German and English, French would be an advantage
- You are an active and enthusiastic contributor to the business who enjoys working with numbers and analyzing complex interrelationships. You are known for your organization and communication skills, your ability to work well under pressure and have a strong acumen for networked thinking
