Ãberblick:
The Territory Manager will beresponsible for all services activities for Bruker BioSpin products on NMR, MRI, EPR and manage the day-to-day work activities of post-sale installation, delivery, deployment, and ongoing support functions for the field service organization within a given territory inclusive of the people, process, systems and measures. We are looking for a positive, upbeat professional to build a strong organization to accelerate growth into existing and new markets. Important part of the role will be to drive processes and organizational change. Key factors for success are: Delivering market leading customer experience, customer satisfaction and unparalleled customer value through Field Service teams using effective communication, responsive problem resolution and high-quality service.
- This position can be done fully remote in Switzerland. Easy travel access to our R&D site in Fällanden (near Zürich) would be advantageous._

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:
**The primary objectives are**:

- Ensure fulfillment of business plans for service as well as for instrument installation for the entire Bruker BioSpin portfolio in the area of responsibility
- Promote and sell the service products as offered by Bruker BioSpin to all existing and new customers.
- Aid instrument sales by maintaining and developing effective, working customer relationships via valued service products

**Team**:

- Manage service teams to ensure they carry out their work effectively, safely and to the required standards, as well as reviewing performance, utilization, and cost control.
- Maintain employee work schedules including assignments, training and utilization.
- Develop staffing plans for the area (assess demand, recruit and develop Service Technicians).

**Service & Aftermarket**
- Implement Bruker’s global goals and strategies in the region of responsibility.
- Implement all field service policies and procedures regarding resource management, account maintenance, sales support, and service operations.
- Prioritize regional requirements (service calls, installations, and ad-hoc services) and establish realistic schedules to meet requirements for the geographical region.
- Work in close support and coordination with interdepartmental requirements including sales, second level support, order fulfillment, supply chain, planning, procurement, and facilities.
- Develop existing and build new customer relationships.
- Promote and support sales of the **LabScape** products (Service Agreements, on-site on-demand and enhance your lab) as offered by Bruker BioSpin to all existing and new customers.

Qualifikationen:

- A degree in an appropriate science or engineering discipline, preferable with analytical instrument work experience, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years supervision of field employees and/or previously managing sales in service or instrumentation within science or engineering discipline
- Current valid driving license.
- Valid passport (No visa disqualification) and able to travel extensively, both domestic and international travel.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP, workforce management and cloud-based technology systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (in German (B2) and English (C1)
- written and oral).
- Strong customer focus and orientation.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience of promoting and selling, after-sales support.
- Successful history of managing change and continuous improvement.
- An outgoing and likeable personality with a high degree of personal integrity.
