Tasks

Globalization and digitalization, social and environmental impact, changing business models, the quest for competitiveness, the need for flexibility and responsiveness, etc. It is in this complex economic context - involving paradigm shifts - that managers must define their company's strategy and their need for operational excellence, regardless of their sector of activity.

As part of our strategy to strengthen our local presence in Western Switzerland, you will be part of our Geneva multi-disciplinary team, with the objective to become the trusted advisor of our local clients in their major transformations:

- Work in a project team, under the supervision of a manager, to help clients improve and transform their organizations and operations
- Ensure high-quality standards work complying with our standards for internal and external projects
- Perform impactful quantitative and qualitative analysis, document preparation, research and project management
- Further, develop your skills around Capabilities and industries
- Support the acquisition of customers and projects in the Romandie area
- Actively build a network in these areas within Switzerland as well as collaborate with our strategic partners

**Requirements**:

- Successful completion of a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business, economics or similar
- At least 2 years of experience in management consulting (mandatory)
- Experience in operational and/or digital transformation including strategy change, business model change, process streamlining or organizational optimization
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills (quantitative and qualitative)
- Ability to communicate your findings and the value they bring to clients with impact orally and in writing
- Native or fluent in French, business fluent in English (both written and spoken), German is a plus
- Enthusiastic and proactive personality
