Tasks

**Your Commitment will include**:

- Manage project-related activities leading to new security tooling integration for the introduction of the new SOC services
- Identify the requirements and technical conditions and develop implementation plans with external partners
- Lead project meetings and communication with project team and stakeholders on a regular basis
- Coordination of team members, external team members and important stakeholders to maintain project targets such as quality, deadline, cost and risk mitigation
- Provide regular updates and reports about the project status, risks and process to stakeholders and leaders
- Creating reports and recommendations from cyber security perspective

**Requirements**:
**Achieving the difference requires**:

- Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science and/or engineering or equivalent training
- 8+ years of professional experience in Project Management, including project planning, delivering, budgeting and reporting to steering committees at senior management level.
- Ideally experience in the areas of SOC as well as incident management, the management of projects for the implementation of new security solutions in existing infrastructures in the health industry
- Experience in leading multiple teams in a complex environment
- Ideally a Scaled Agile Certification and profound experience within an agile project methodology
- PMP, Prince2 or IPMA or any other relevant program/project management certification
- Knowledge of NIST and SANS incident response frameworks and best practices
- Committed, proactive and curious, reliable, open, and creative personality with a strong interest in advisory topics and with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms to Senior management
- Fluency in French. Any other language such as German and English are an advantage.
