**Audacia Group, a private investment group specializing in ecommerce of goods and services, has experienced rapid growth**. In response to this development, the management decided to create this position to internalize accounting responsibilities. As an **experienced accountant**, you will join the existing administrative team, which includes an HR manager, an executive assistant, an HR assistant, an accounting assistant, an operational director, and a finance manager. **Your main missions involve managing the accounting of Audacia Group’s Swiss companies, as well as affiliated companies**. You will work closely with the finance manager to produce the group’s quarterly financial statements and participate in projects aimed at optimizing accounting and financial processes, notably by implementing ABACUS software solutions. **Objectives and Role**: - Managing the accounting of the Swiss companies being part of Audacia Group: > Input and correction of creditor invoices and preparation of creditor payments; > Reconciliation of revenue receipts with sales made on various platforms; > Weekly treasury control; > Establishment of monthly intra-group billings as well as to related companies and control of receipts; - Management of accounts receivable collections; - Preparation of quarterly closings and reporting; - Preparation of quarterly VAT statements; - Preparation of tax declarations for the group’s companies; - Participation in the preparation of the annual budget; - Project management: implementation of accounting under the supervision of the finance manager; - Administrative tasks related to accounting and financial and accounting projects. **Hierarchical Positioning**: - Direct superiors: finance manager **Position Profile**: - Certificate of specialist in finance and accounting; - At least 5 years of experience in autonomous accounting management; - Ability to work independently while having a team spirit; - Rigorous and methodical mindset, analytical skills, and discretion; - IT skills and proficiency: excellent command of the Microsoft suite and knowledge of the ERP ABACUS - Language: spoken and written French, German and English a plus **What We Offer**: - A varied and evolving activity within a rapidly developing group; - Work within a motivated and dynamic team; - Attractive working conditions (flexible working hours, possibility of teleworking, sports courses, and various fringe benefits) **JOIN US AT AUDACIA
