About Our Client Our client is a Swiss industrial company known for its engineering excellence Job Description Customize and develop PLM solutions to meet business needs Configure workflows, data models, and user interfaces in PLM Implement AI tools to optimize digital processes and decision-making Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to integrate systems Translate business requirements into technical specifications Develop APIs and connectors between PLM and other platforms Create intuitive user experiences using modern design tools Ensure data integrity and traceability across digital systems Support change management and user training initiatives Participate in continuous improvement and innovation workshops Document technical solutions and maintain system configurations Stay up to date with emerging technologies in PLM and AI The Successful Applicant Degree in engineering, computer science, or related field Experience with PLM systems and CAD integration Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools Strong programming skills (Python, Javascript, APIs) Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases UX/UI design experience (e.g., Figma) Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Curious, proactive, and eager to learn Ability to work independently and manage priorities Fluent in English and French What's on Offer Opportunity to work on strategic digital transformation projects Collaborative and innovative work environment Career development in a growing international company
