Transfer Pricing Manager

We seek a person specialised in Transfer Pricing, who manages Vontobel’s global transfer pricing documentation and supports the transfer pricing strategy, tax audits and implementation of the transfer pricing policy.

**What would your role be?**
- Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations in all jurisdictions where Vontobel operates.
- Develop and prepare global transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files).
- Support the preparation of local transfer pricing tax compliance and support preparation of CbCR and pCBCR.
- Evaluate transfer pricing implications of new business initiatives and provide respective guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Support of the implementation of the transfer pricing strategy and policy.
- Support transfer pricing audits with tax authorities; and
- Stay updated on changes in transfer pricing regulations and assess their impact on the company's operations.

- The challenging work requires a self-reliant and reliable personality. Readiness of mind, strong analytical skills and a methodical way of work are a prerequisite. Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and handle complex processes involving multiple stakeholders.
- IT affinity. We require profound user knowledge in MS Office. Experience in working with large databases is an asset.
- Excellent command of German and English.
