**Sie suchen eine spannende Herausforderung mit weitreichenden Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten und hervorragenden Entwicklungsperspektiven? Als Head of Financial Controlling (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Führung und Organisation des Bereichs Cash Management. Darüber hinaus sind Sie für die kaufmännische Projektbetreuung sowie die Ableitung geeigneter Massnahmen zuständig.**

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

- Bewertung von Offerten hinsichtlich kommerzieller Risiken und Erarbeitung entsprechender Vorschläge zur Risikominimierung
- Beratung der Fachabteilungen Vertrieb und Einkauf in kommerziellen Fragestellungen sowie Ableitung von Unterstützungsleistungen und Handlungsempfehlungen
- Koordination und Bewertung sämtlicher Zahlungssicherungsinstrumente und Erarbeitung von Finanzierungsvorschlägen in Zusammenarbeit mit Banken / Konzern
- Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Abwicklung der Fakturierung und des Garantiemanagements, Verantwortung für die einwandfreie Abwicklung des Versicherungswesens sowie die Evaluierung von Steuerrisiken
- Laufende Überprüfung der definierten IKS- und PMS-Bereiche sowie bedarfsgerechte Anpassung an veränderte Gegebenheiten

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium der Betriebsökonom (Bachelor/Master) oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Bankfachwirt (m/w/d)
- Weiterbildung im Bereich Cash Management, Rechnungswesen und/oder zum Bankkaufmann (m/w/d)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise in der Industrie, sowie Führungserfahrungen
- Mehrjährigen Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen sowie im Cash Management
- Fundierte Erfahrungen in der Buchführung nach Swiss-GAP-FER und IFRS sowie in den Bereichen der Fremdwährungsabsicherung und Liquiditätsplanung
- Detaillierte Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP ERP 6.0 / S/4HANA
- Ausgeprägte analytische, systematische und pragmatische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Italienischkenntnisse wünschenswert
