**About the role**

**What we offer**
- Collaborate with the team on a wide range of marketing and communication projects
- Develop and execute physical and virtual events, including webinars
- Support the team with budget, event, supplier and reporting management and market research
- Manage assigned marketing projects and tasks end-to-end by gathering information from stakeholders, and analysing, developing and implementing recommendations

**What you need to succeed**
- A bachelor’s degree or certificate in marketing, digital marketing or communications
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German
- Ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office - particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong interest and knowledge of crypto, blockchain and Web3 in the finance sector
- Hands-on marketing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication in fluent German
- Proficiency with Adobe - InDesign, Photoshop, Premier and Illustrator - and MS Teams
- Experience in community management and events
- Familiarity with social media on LinkedIn and X
- Experience with Google ad words, SEO/SEM tools, WordPress website CMS
