- Be the strategic Talent & Development Partner for WM Europe, CIO and GFIW and work closely with the HR BPs as well as the GWM business leaders to translate GWM business needs into an effective talent and development strategy
- Provide strategic advise on talent management topics, such as nomination cycle, succession planning or promotion lists
- Lead our flagship program of the DI Key Talent Program and own the entire learning and development journey
- Bring the UBS University offering in a cohesive way to your client groups and ensure a strong people portfolio exists
- Contribute to overall Talent & Recruiting topics and engage with your colleagues from around the world to drive strategic talent & development impact

**Your expertise**
- Strong Relationship Manager who can easily connect with different stakeholders
- Great communicating skills (English and German, other European languages a plus) to have an impact and to engage our employees and stakeholders
- Ideally 4-6 years previous experience working in talent management and / or learning & development
- Strong client focus and eagerness to drive business growth
- Ability to collaborate with partners from the business and UBS University
- Hands-on involvement and focus on getting things done
- Effective organizational, presentation and facilitation skills
- Desired: GWM business experience
