In this role, you act as a trusted Finance Business Partner (f/m/d) for Digital Exchange or App business within Siemens Software (including 3rd party business). The focus is on consulting and leading the technical partners and Business Unit interfaces in all financial and operational elements, including monetization strategies, business operations, Go2Market and business case development.

**You’ll help our customers drive digital innovation by**
- Setup and implementation of value/payment flows; controlling & reporting for participating Business Units
- Ensure consistent data management and reporting processes in line with our company standards including coordination of processes for master data maintenance, reporting, dash boards, ad hoc requests and controlling
- Safeguard correct reflection of Business Unit transactions in Siemens Software / Siemens AG financial systems in line with depth structure and Profit Center logic
- Ongoing interface to Business Units channeling, moderating and resolving open items in interaction with core Siemens Software functions
- Drive project cost development including budgeting for Digital Commerce and Operations environment
- Consult and guide commercial community on revenue recognition, value flows and profit and loss
- Support the implementation of policies on pricing and discounting & discounting mandates and cross selling & sales mandates
- Forecasting, Actuals controlling & clarification, reporting (Segment reporting, RC reporting); commission & transfer price values
- Leading cross-collaboration finance initiatives and projects between Siemens Software and Siemens AG

**What do you need to realize what matters**
- Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent with experience in a financial environment
- Excellent knowledge of all finance systems used by Siemens Software and Siemens: SAP4HANA, Polaris, Hyperion Planning, Dash tools, Tableau
- Excellent knowledge of Siemens Software and Digital Industries environment
- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work with multiple management levels in analyzing financial situations
- Ability to use professional judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills to resolve immediate and anticipated issues
- Team player and love to interact with a diverse team
- Excellent language skill in English, German preferable
