**HR Business Partner Europe (f/m)**

**What you will do**:
Manage recruitment needs, working directly with hiring teams to identify and hire talent

Manage the employee lifecycle frome entry to exit

Consulting and coaching of line managers with regards to employee relatioans, performance management, employee engagement, reward & recognition, organisational development, change management and disciplinary issues

Ensure consistency in administration of HR guidelines and practices by advising the management team

Provide guidance on legal, compliance, compensation and benefits topics

Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Ensure HR compliance with local employment regulations

Coordinate HR planning and development with broader HR team to ensure adherence to company policy and direction

**What you bring to the role**:
Demonstrated multiple years of experience in all employee lifecycle phases, including recruiting and staffing, training and development, performance management, benefits and compensation and succession planning

Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

Experience as an HR Generalist supporting employee groups in multiple locations within Europe

Strong knowledge of employment law and statutory benefits in Europe

Hands-on mentality with the ability to be strategic and capability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment

Fluency in English, good German and French strongly recommended

Strong planning and organizing skills, able to manage multiple requests simultaneously
