**CONTEXT**

Within our Richemont Campus, Human Resources is at the heart of any business initiative unleashing success through state-of-the-art business partnership.

You will join the HR department and play a key role in supporting the business on major human resources topics. Dedicated to a specific population, your mission will be to proactively support managers in the management of their resources as well as employees during their lifecycle within the company.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

As an HR Business Partner, you will:

- Ensure business and staff proximity by establishing **trustful relationships** and being present on the ground with the managers.
- Provide employees and managers with **support and follow-up** on HR related matters
- Advise and assist managers in the resolution of employee relations issues, conduct and performance issues, and absenteeism.
- Facilitate **recruitment strategy**, ensuring the talent acquisition process reflects our values and guiding principles.
- Prepare and manage **budget allocations**, latest estimates, and accruals of staff costs and benefits plans along with the managers and the controller.
- Manage the **compensation review process** in accordance with the allocated budget and the company reward philosophy.
- Support **people development** across the organization together with our Managers and our L&D manager and ensure that they are able to meet current and future performance standards.
- Manage **specific projects** and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- You have around 3 years of HR experience (ideally in an industrial environment) with a University degree in HR or relevant field.
- You have some knowledge of Swiss Labor Laws, a strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, and a general understanding of HR lifecycle/HR Best Practices.
- You have the ability: to engage, motivate and influence people; to reach consensus despite differing goals and priorities; to manage ambiguity, risk and changing direction of projects and strategies; to work in high-pressure situations that require sound decision making and may involve confidential or sensitive matters.
- You are an effective team player and a quick learner with strong analytical skills and priorities management skills.
- You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of English. You will be using Excel, Outlook, and SAP every day.
