- Meanquest est une entreprise IT à taille humaine avec plusieurs domaines d'expertise : l'infrastructure, le support, les solutions Cloud et le recrutement, mais notre métier c'est avant tout de donner du sens à l'IT de nos clients et au travail quotidien de nos équipes. Nous sommes implantés sur 3 sites (Ecublens, Meyrin et Givisiez) et nous recrutons régulièrement des personnes qui souhaitent prendre des responsabilités et travailler dans un contexte jeune et dynamique.**Contexte**:

- Aujourd'hui, nous accompagnons **un acteur majeur **du bassin genevois, qui souhaite renforcer ses équipes en recrutant un/une : Incident Manager** (H/F)**
- Pour renforcer la gestion et le traitement des processus opérationnels, vous aurez comme mission de piloter le processus opérationnel des incidents avec une extension potentielle du processus de gestion des requêtes de services et / ou des problèmes.

**Missions**:

- Piloter et suivre le processus de résolution des incidents,
- Coordonner les différents responsables d'équipes et d'incidents afin de garantir une résolution rapide et efficiente des incidents,
- Fournir du soutien lors d'escalade des incidents aux équipes compétentes,
- Renforcer la coordination et le traitement des incidents majeurs,
- Développer et renforcer l'amélioration continue, selon évolution, intégration du pilotage de la gestion des requêtes,
- Présenter et fournir mensuellement les statistiques requise à la direction SI,
- Produire et fournir les rapports détaillés sur les incidents, y compris KPIs,
- Assurer la diffusion d'une communication adaptée auprès des différentes parties prenantes,
- Identifier les tendances et recommander des améliorations afin d'optimiser les temps de traitement des incidents et d'évolution du processus,
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsable de processus ITIL.

**Profil recherché**:

- Diplôme supérieur en informatique ou formation jugée équivalente,
- Vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée en tant qu'Incident Manager
- Niveau courant en français et en anglais
- Vous possédez un bon esprit de synthèse et avez une capacité à formaliser les besoins
- Vous êtes force de proposition et vous possédez des capacités relationnelles vous permettant d'interagir efficacement avec tous types d'interlocuteurs
