Aufgaben

Dein Wirkungsfeld
- Definiere kurz
- und langfristige Ziele, überwache die On-/Offline-Marketingaktivitäten
- Entwickle und konzeptioniere die Marketing
- und Kommunikationsstrategie zur Stärkung und Neuausrichtung des Unternehmens
- Übernimm die Verantwortung für PR und allgemeine Kommunikation, indem du Kernbotschaften strategisch und wirkungsvoll in die Welt bringst.
- Agiere als Radar für Branchentrends, Kundenbedürfnisse und die neuesten technologischen Entwicklungen, um die Innovationskraft zu stärken
- Baue und pflege bedeutsame Marketingpartnerschaften im DACH-Raum
- Sorge für eine harmonische Markenbotschaft, die über jeden Kanal hinweg begeistert
- Organisiere und sei präsent bei Events, sowohl regional als auch global
- Gestalte das Marketingbudget und analysiere den Erfolg der Marketingaktivitäten
- Führe und inspiriere ein engagiertes Team aus vier bis fünf Mitarbeitenden

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium und/oder Weiterbildung in Marketing & Kommunikation
- Marketingerfahrung mit Personalführung und Budgetverantwortung
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen B2B-Marketing, Digital-Marketing und E-Commerce, idealerweise mit der Kompetenz, eine erfolgreiche Marke auszubauen und zu stärken
- Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Denkweise, Hands-on-Mindset und starke Projektmanagement Skills
- Sprachen: fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift
