Head of Marketing Experience

**Your mission**:
- Responsibility for the further development of the P&C Identitiy Framework
- Planing and excecution to improve all customer touchpoints
- Elaborate processes with all internal key partners to focus on customer centricity
- Defining the key customer segments and define actions to increase the Share of wallet
- Responsible for the group-wide state of the art market research activities and observe all key parameters of the sales and marketing funnel including NPS
- Responsibility for proactive collaboration with relevant departments to develop and introduce new approaches and ideas, especially in the digital context
- Overview and control the budget of the specialist department Marketing Experience
- Professional and disciplinary management as well as further development of the specialist Marketing Experience department and its employees
**Your profile**:
- Successfully completed degree in communications, business administration or economics with a focus on marketing, customer expereince management or a comparable qualification
- At least five years of relevant professional experience in the field of customer experience management and market research or a comparable professional field
- Experience in leadership as well as the further development of employees
- Deep experience in project management as well as successful execution of Customer Experience projects
- Extensive experience in the conception, introduction and implementation of NPS as a tool for customer centricity
- Management skills, ability to work independently and results-oriented, willingness to work hard
- High level of analytical thinking and expertise with relevant tools
