Pour notre client, un acteur majeur du secteur agroalimentaire, nous recherchons un/e: Social Media Manager. Il sera possible d'être basé dans le canton de Vaud ou de Zurich.
Responsabilités:
- Gestion et coordination de plusieurs comptes sur les réseaux sociaux (FR/DE), en lien avec différents supports de communication interne.
- Définition de la stratégie digitale multilingue en lien avec les valeurs et objectifs de la structure, tout en assurant son déploiement au quotidien.
- Identification des contenus à fort potentiel au sein de l’organisation, que tu transformes en formats engageants et pertinents pour le web social.
- Assure le suivi de l’engagement des communautés, analyse les données et adapte les actions en fonction des performances observées via des outils d’analyse avancés.
- Contribution active à la montée en compétences des équipes internes sur les usages des réseaux sociaux, en animant une approche collaborative autour des outils digitaux.
- Contribution aux projets de communication événementielle ou stratégique, et coordination de certaines actions selon le domaine d’expertise.
Profil:
- Formation supérieure ou spécialisée en communication, médias digitaux ou journalisme.
- Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de contenus sur les réseaux sociaux, avec une excellente compréhension des formats et dynamiques actuels.
- Très bonnes compétences rédactionnelles en français et en allemand - une parfaite maîtrise est requis.
- Capacité à créer des contenus originaux, percutants et adaptés aux différentes audiences.
- Intérêt personnel ou professionnel pour les thématiques liées à l’environnement, à l’agroalimentaire ou au monde rural.
