We are looking for an experienced **Communication and social media Manager** to join our growing corporate marketing and communication team in our headquarters in Lausanne. Your mission will be to define, align and drive our integrated internal and external communication strategy. * YOUR DAY AS a* **Communication and social media Manager** - You develop and execute Camptocamp ’s internal and external communication and social media strategy that enhances our brand awareness - You define, write and maintain a high quality content pipeline on innovative supports (website content, newsletters, video scripts, blog posts, articles, case studies, white-papers, etc ) - You collaborate with marketing, sales and Human Resources teams to define a communication and social media calendar that will inspire and inform our community and our employees - You define internal communication guidelines and you are the gatekeeper of our tone of voice and our brand on all our communications contents - You ensure our communication is noticed as a reference in our field. You adapt new angles based on our competitive landscape - You develop contacts with media members, influencers and community leaders to accelerate our market position and product awareness among prospects, partners and press - You write media materials, press releases and blog posts - You monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization on our website and social media channels **YOUR PROFILE** Your essential skills to succeed in this role: - You have a Bachelor degree in digital marketing, communication, or significant relevant experience - You have at least 3 to 5 years of communication experience, with a proven track record in designing and implementing communication plans - You are a recognized story teller. You like writing, thinking outside the box, and explaining complicated things with simple words and you thrive in technical and fast paced environments - You are an expert at leveraging social and digital platforms for communication goals - You’re familiar with different tools such as CMS, CRM, Social Media, Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc - You are organized and efficient and you are able to handle multiple projects at a time with a proactive attitude - You like going the extra mile, and you love taking ownership - You are fluent in French and English The icing on the cake: - You have experience in the IT / Tech. industry or at least a strong interest in new technologies and Open Source - You have experience with Pimcore - You have a very good command of German * We offer you* At Camptocamp, work is like nowhere else.
