- The lab
- LC3 is a new cement type with potential to lower emission by up to 40 % compared to existing materials. The LC3 project is working to bring this technology to the field, by engaging with stakeholder at all levels from Industry to policy.

**Communications Manager**:
**Your mission**:
EPFL and the LC3 team is seeking a top-performing Communications Manager. This position will work closely with the LC3 team to help communicate more widely and develop a communications strategy, for media relations, social & digital media, etc.

**Main duties and responsibilities include**:

- Developing a marketing communications plan, including strategy, goals, budget and tactics;
- Writing content and creating visuals to engage and educate audiences across various channels, including newsletters, blogs, graphics, website, social media;
- Creating and managing release dates for recurring publications;
- Updating and upscaling the team’s Website.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field;
- 5-7 years of relevant communications experience; digital communications experience is highly preferred;
- Exceptional writing, communication, storytelling, and project management skills;
- Superior project management and time management skills;
- Proven experience with communications research and strategy; media relations; developing content for various audiences; digital engagement best practices;
- Experience with environmental campaigns a plus;
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media;
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude, ability to work independently to produce high quality work products;
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude;
- Preferable English as mother tongue, good knowledge of French and/or Spanish a bonus

50 - 100%
