Our brands are already a strong presence in Switzerland — visible, active, and in demand. Now we are investing further in high-impact events to strengthen our consumer connection and elevate the brand experience on the ground.

**About the role**:
We are looking for a hands-on, socially savvy **Event Manager**to create unforgettable brand moments across Switzerland. Our events range from community fitness events and city samplings to larger-scale sponsorship sport events and trade fairs.

As Event Manager you are based at our hub in Zürich and report to the Head of Marketing Switzerland. While primarily Monday to Friday, flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends is expected based on event schedules.

**What you will do**:

- **Plan and deliver impactful, on-brand events**and activations that drive consumer engagement
- **Own the full event lifecycle**—from brief and budgeting to supplier coordination, team briefing, execution, and post-event evaluation
- **Lead on-site execution**, ensuring effective setup, team alignment, and consistently high-quality brand representation
- **Transform creative concepts**into real-life brand experiences that resonate emotionally with our target audience
- **Work closely with Marketing and Social Media**teams to ensure a unified brand presence across all touchpoints
- **Liaise with internal teams**, suppliers, brand ambassadors, and external partners to align on timelines and deliverables
- **Support the execution of partnerships and sponsorships**that strengthen our brands presence and community relevance

**To succeed, you bring**:

- 1-2 years of experience in event planning or execution; FMCG, lifestyle, or sports sector exposure is a plus
- Strong organisational skills and a solutions-focused mindset; comfortable navigating high-paced environments
- Clear, confident communicator with a professional and positive presence
- Proactive, hands-on approach — you take initiative and follow through
- Flexibility to support events outside standard hours when required
- Valid Category B driver’s licence
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively across teams
- Fluency in German and English; French is an advantage
