**The Role**:
We’re looking for a **bubbly, curious, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator** to join our team and drive the continued growth of **Barebells in Switzerland**. You’ll help shape how the brand shows up across platforms, build connections with our vibrant fitness and wellness communities, and support a variety of activations.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Activations**: Plan and execute creative brand activations to drive consumer engagement and boost visibility in Switzerland.
- **Social Media**: Work closely with our Social Media & Content Lead to manage local content, influencer partnerships, and campaigns that connect with our community.
- **Campaigns**: Proactively coordinate and support integrated marketing campaigns—from planning to execution and post-analysis.
- **Partnerships**: Help identify and manage third-party collaborations and sponsorships to ensure strong relationships and impactful content.
- **Community Building**: Foster our growing community both online and offline—through events, ambassador outreach, and local engagement.
- **Brand Support**: Support additional activations and marketing for **NOCCO** and **Vitamin Well**, including events and on-site execution.
- **Sales Alignment**: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and retail success.

**Your skills to succeed**:

- An education in marketing, brand or communications, and maybe already a first experience in a similar role (experience in FMCG, fitness, or lifestyle brands is a plus).
- A creative mindset with strong project coordination skills and sharp attention to detail.
- A self-driven, proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for brand-building.
- Hands-on, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Enthusiastic and sociable, with a passion for building strong relationships.
- Fluency in German and English; French is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license.

While this is primarily a Monday-to-Friday role, travel and weekend work may be required.
