For our client, a large pharmaceutical company based in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for a Quality System Archive Manager (M/F/d)

**Background**:
Within Drug Product Manufacturing KAU/BS, Quality Systems operates a central archive that
is responsible for managing physical documents. This includes receiving documents from various production units and support functions, then storing them in the on-site archive and outsourcing them to an external archive.

**Main tasks and areas of responsibility**:

- Management of the central archive for the Drug Product Manufacturing KAU/BS site
- GMP-compliant management, filing and archiving of documents* Use of the UnIS archiving system for archiving and managing documents* Ensuring the destruction process at the end of the specified retention period* Coordinating the outsourcing of archived documents to external archive providers* Creation of local standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality systems* Processing of deviations and changes for the central archive* Promoting continuous improvement and harmonization of processes and systems in cooperation with various interfaces
- **Must Haves**:

- Commercial, technical or scientific training
- 3+ years of experience in the GxP environment* 3+ years of experience with archive and documentation processes* Handling of Office / Google software solutions* Fluent in German, spoken and written, English an advantage* Good cooperation and communication, ability to work in a team, proactive work
- **Nice to have**:

- Experience with GMP systems such as TrackWise, Veeva or similar
