**Your Responsibilities**
We are looking for a student to join RepRisk as an Academic Research coordinator. This is an administrative role that will give you the opportunity to have direct contact with leading universities and business schools. The role requires a strong interest in ESG and Sustainable Finance, and a willingness to support internal operational tasks, external academic research projects, and if needed, back tests of prospective clients. Experience in programming, affinity for financial markets, and an interested in back-testing financial data are qualities that will allow you to thrive in this role.
You will be part of the Investment Management team that drives the use of ESG metrics in academia and the asset management industry.
Your tasks will include:
- Coordination of reserach projects
- Interaction with academic researchers on various topics
- Supporting academics with data exports, paperwork, reports, Salesforce updates
- New academic outreach via contact of published authors
- Administrative and operational support of the Investment Management team, including supporting activities related to the backtesting of prospective clients, set up and maintenace of documenation, and project management tasks
Qualifications**
You Bring**
- Sustainable Finance or similar degree in progress
- Financial market knowledge
- Creativity with the capacity to adhere to processes and enjoy administrative tasks
- SQL knowledge and coding skills in Python and R are a plus
- Support RepRisk's position as a leading ESG service provider by maintaining the high-quality service standards of RepRisk
- Analytical and structured thinking, organized, attention to detail, hands-on, and efficient in execution
- Strong communication and writing skills with a proficiency in English, every other language is a plus
