**Ihre Tätigkeiten**:

- Erarbeiten, pflegen und optimieren von Prozessmodellen
- Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung, Ergänzung und Aktualisierung der Dokumentation
- Prozessuale Business Requirements und Änderungsanforderungen identifizieren, priorisieren absprechen und gegebenenfalls umsetzen
- Beraten und unterstützen der Prozessverantwortlichen insbesondere bei der Einführung und Umsetzung neuer Prozesse und Workflows im Rahmen der Prozessmodellierung
- Schulungen betreffend der Prozessmodellierung durchführen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Eine Ausbildung in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft HF oder vergleichbar
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement und in der Modellierung nach BPMN 2.0
- Kunden
- und lösungsorientiertes Organisationstalent mit entsprechendem Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Hohe Planungsfähigkeit sowie eine offene und transparente Kommunikation
- Proaktive und strukturiere Arbeitsweise, Selbständigkeit, Humor
