In this role you will be responsible to implement the Leadership Learning (LL) Ecosystem strategy within a specific country (or cluster of countries) by supporting the employees participating in the LL ecosystem to optimize their learning experience.

**This position reports to**:
Leadership Learning Cluster Lead

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leads the corporate leadership learning programs virtually and in person for assigned geography
- Accelerates and embeds learning within a specific cohort of employees participating in leadership learning programs
- Ensures post-program activities are completed on time
- Hosts learning communities and catalyzes social learning through lunch and learns, executive panels, roundtables, informal learning, etc.
- Feeds Global LL Community Manager with learning campaign needs
- Supports and implements within the assigned geography the different learning campaigns and impulses released by Corporate Leadership Learning
- Prepares for program moderation and facilitation as defined by the program guide/agenda
- Ensures a learning environment that creates a quality experience for participants and achieves learning objectives
- Coordinates all preparations for the delivery of leadership learning services, including the engagement of external partners
- Works with Leadership Learning Cluster Lead to establish an annual schedule for leadership learning programs
- Initiates action for continuous improvement by closely working with Learning Architects
- Partners with GBS HR Operational Services team, providing direction and guidance, to enable the GBS team to deliver the administration support to publish and execute the annual program schedule, and ensure accurate reporting
- Optimize delivery to reflect local languages, cultures, and norms
- Guides learners, HRBPs, managers, and colleagues through ecosystem offerings and solutions
- Builds partnerships with Business Areas
- Other Corporate Leadership Learning projects as assigned
- General work activities, meetings, and personal development, etc.
- Partners with Learning Architects on design of Signature Programs

**Your background**:

- Experienced facilitator of leadership programs with a solid record of accomplishment as a learning coach, internal learning consultant, and partner
- Excellent communicator with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills and confidence to actively promote the learning culture. Strong knowledge of learning cycle and adult learning experience
- Experience working with learning technologies and embracing a range of blended learning solutions
- Project management skills to identify and assess opportunities and challenges and to create plans for success and to task manage delivery of these plans
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Organizational Development, Adult Education, Communication, or Marketing with a minimum of five years of experience in the area
- Coaching qualification / certification (e.g., ICF)
- Fluent in English
- Other languages are welcomed
