For our client in the Lausanne area, we are looking for a **Field Sales Spezialis**t **- (a) - Festanstellung - (2024)**

**Responsibilities**
- Proactive acquisition of new customers within a defined sales territory
- Conducting sales meetings and providing on-site, individualized customer consultations
- Presenting products and services, including a clear explanation of benefits and features
- Implementing targeted measures to increase market share in the region
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships based on trust and outstanding service
- Continuously monitoring the market to identify potential sales opportunities
- Working closely and collaboratively with the internal sales team to handle customer inquiries efficiently
- Ensuring smooth order processing through coordination with various departments

**Profile**
- Completed vocational training
- Several years of experience in field sales, with a strong understanding of figures
- Solid sales experience, ideally with knowledge of the Swiss market
- An existing professional network is an advantage
- Career changers are welcome
- Technical understanding
- Fluent in french; knowledge of additional national languages is a plus
- A clean record is required
