Field Service & Application Specialist (
60% — Part-time)

SEED Biosciences
designs and commercializes instruments for single-cell cloning and 3D biology. To strengthen our field team, we are hiring a
Field Service & Application Specialist
to support customers before and after installation — both onsite and remotely.

What you will do

  • Support Sales during customer demos (onsite)
  • Manage the helpdesk (onsite & remote) according to our support workflow
  • Perform FSE interventions (onsite & remote) following established procedures
  • Update FSE procedures when needed
  • Perform FAS interventions directly at customer sites
  • Document and relay customer needs and field learnings internally

Time allocation (indicative)

  • 2 × half-days — Helpdesk management (flexible over the week)
  • 1 × full day — Customer demos / onsite support (travel)
  • 1 × half-day — Remote support

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor or Master in Cell Biology, Engineering or 3+ years of relevant lab experience
  • Hands-on experience with cell culture & life-science automation
  • Strong customer-facing communication and training skills
  • Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot and document
  • Willingness to travel frequently (Europe)
  • Fluent English (another European language is a plus)
