About the team you are joining
You will report to the Global Delivery Center Change Management Lead and you will be responsible for supporting the development of the GDC Change Management area with the aim to achieve successful global operations and delivery of highly customer centric, effective and efficient participation services for IATA Financial Settlement Systems in alignment with IATA and Industry priorities
Main responsibilities from Change Management team are coordination of ISS Lifecycle Management including implementation of new BSP and CASS operations, BSP Manuals update and future and impact assessment and operationalization of initiatives across the Global Delivery Center.
What your day would be like
As part of the Change Management team, you will be assigned to assist the Team Lead in all activities related to the BSP Manual Update and ISS Lifecycle Management. More specifically, you will perform the following:
- Stakeholder management to coordinate and align with several departments and regional offices for the update and establishment of new SOPs related to BSP Manuals future maintenance and ISS Lifecycle Management.
- Plan, coordinate, track, and follow-up on the execution of the BSP Manuals review and publishing.
- Maintain a clear and up-to-date internal repository accessible to all stakeholders involved in activities led by Change Management and provide them with support to retrieve and manage such documentation.
- Maintain and issue Monthly Reports to ensure the team and senior management is informed about Change Management activities.
- Create and maintain tracking reports, plans and presentations for all Change Management related activities.
- Support the Team Lead in gathering and consolidating all details required to perform and update the impact assessment and operationalization of initiatives across the GDC.
- Collect on a regular basis achievements and updates from the team members to inform the POE - Communication Team about Change Management related activities, for internal communication purposes.
- Manage SAP good receipts and communicate with Finance.
We would love to hear from you if
- Minimum 3 years of experience in delivering global complex change management and process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders, both internal and external
- Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives across multiple cultures with an innovative approach
- Change Management and Project Management certifications would be desirable
- Knowledge of IATA settlement systems, with preferably local, regional or global experience..
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
- Communication capabilities building trust and engagement within industry and IATA.
- Fluency in oral and written English.
