**Your Mission**

In this role, you will create a great first impression for our business to external visitors and clients and serve as an ambassador of our brand. You will be flexible to operate in a broader and varied position, which includes both reception and general administration aspects. You will ensure that our office operates efficiently, while greeting visitors, answering the phone, processing mail and deliveries, preparing and setting up meeting rooms, events and training sessions. In addition, you will take on array of administrative tasks including calendar scheduling and diary management, organising meetings, booking accommodation, venues and transport, and management of international travel for our executive members. You will contribute to the creation of an office environment that is welcoming and will be committed to high professional standards. This role will be based at our headquarters in Zurich.

**Key Success Criteria**
- At least 5 years of professional experience combining reception and general administrative duties in a fast-paced international organisation.
- Proven track record of exceptional organisational skills with confidence to interact at all levels including with senior management.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
