Aufgabe
- Durchführung von Messungen (GMP/non-GMP) im Kundenauftrag zur Analytik von Biomolekülen (hauptsächlich Proteinen) und Formulierungsbestandteilen im regulierten Umfeld mittels Kapillarelektrophorese (CE)
- Durchführung von Freigabe
- und Stabilitätsanalysen (GMP) von Arzneimitteln und pharmazeutischen Wirkstoffen mittels CE, inklusive Probenvorbereitung
- Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten / Analysen (Papierdokumentation, LIMS, CE Datensysteme)
- Geräteverantwortung im regulierten Umfeld (Durchführung von Gerätetests, Organisation von Wartung, Prüfung und Reparatur)
- Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben wie Rohdaten-Archivierung, Laborunterhalt, Bestellung und Verwaltung von Chemikalien und Reagenzien, etc.

Anforderungen
- Ausbildung als Chemie
- oder Biochemielaborant EFZ oder chemisch-technische Ausbildung
- Laborerfahrung, insbesondere Probenvorbereitung und Analyse von biologischen Molekülen, idealerweise in der pharmazeutischen Industrie (national/international)
- Erfahrung im regulierten Umfeld (GMP)
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Proteinen und Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Proteinbiochemie
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit instrumentellen Analysenmethoden (idealerweise CE, HPLC Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
- Kenntnisse der analytischen Chemie
- Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office (v.a. Excel)
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Motivation zur Erlernung neuer Techniken
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit und grosses Dienstleistungs
- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
