**Your Responsibilities**

-**
Design and refine** molecular biology assays including PCR, qPCR, digital PCR, and next-generation sequencing for pharmaceutical quality assessment
- **Execute and interpret** sophisticated molecular analytical procedures within GMP-compliant laboratory environments
- **Validate analytical methodologies** in accordance with regulatory frameworks such as GMP, GxP, and ICH standards
- **Facilitate method transfer** to routine operations through collaboration with cross-functional laboratory teams
- **Author and update** standard operating procedures, validation protocols, and analytical reports
- **Contribute to interdisciplinary initiatives** aimed at expanding analytical service capabilities
- **Monitor emerging technologies** in molecular diagnostics and implement innovative approaches
- **Mentor laboratory staff** on technical procedures and best practices

**Your Profile**

-**
Academic qualification** in life sciences such as biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or equivalent discipline
- **Proven track record** in pharmaceutical quality control or analytical method development (preferred)
- **Advanced expertise** in molecular biology techniques, particularly PCR/qPCR, digital PCR, and sequencing platforms
- **Hands-on experience** developing and optimizing molecular biological assays
- **Solid understanding** of method validation principles and quality assurance in pharmaceutical settings
- **Biosafety level 2 laboratory experience** is an advantage
- **Analytical mindset** with strong problem-solving capabilities
- **Self-directed work style** with proactive approach to challenges
- **Meticulous and organized** working methodology
- **Excellent interpersonal** and teamwork abilities
- **Proficient English** communication skills in written and verbal form required; German language skills are beneficial
