This role is responsible for managing all calibration activities according to the SAP maintenance system (routine maintenance and projects) across the CSL Behring Bern business.

Supporting role in the inspections, for M2U in general and a key role for the calibration system.
- Lead of M2U Calibration
- Participate in GMP regulatory inspections of agencies and customers
- Assess changes regarding influence on calibration status
- Work closely with the Engineering group to ensure that calibration activities are adequately defined, scoped, planned and delivered for all activities to ensure that internal and external calibration requirements are met.
- Proposing and implementation of CAPA’s
- Active involvement in issue resolution and assisting plus attending cross-functional and global teams between all various disciplines, to ensure best practices and improvements.
- Improvement of Calibration System SOPs
- Provide coaching and mentoring of staff to optimise the performance of the business unit

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, processes or biopharmaceutical engineering.
- Basic knowledge in automation and instrumentation.
- Experienced in planning, developing qualification documents and execution of qualification activities.
- Experienced in communication with regulatory agencies.
- Experienced in inspection topics.
- Experienced in business communication in fluent German and English.
