Org. Setting and Reporting
- The Human Resources Section (HR) has a transversal function in the organization and its aim is to ensure that ITC has the right quality of Human Resources with the appropriate skills and competencies in order to achieve its strategic and operational goals and to provide staff with a supportive, challenging and rewarding work environment in order for them to fulfil their potential and maximize their contribution to the organization. This position is located in the HR Staff Administration Team.

- A minimum of five years (reduced to three years with a completed university degree) of experience in human resources management, administrative services or related area is required. Experience in staff administration of benefits and entitlements is desirable Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning software in HR modules, is desirable Experience working in the United Nations Common System is desirable.
