- Update and maintain HR data in HRIS.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including work permits processing and entry document verification.
- Maintain, organise, and update HR records, both physical and digital (e.g., personal data, academic qualifications, filing, and archiving).
- Track, monitor, and follow up on IT support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
- Welcome, assist, and provide orientation to employees in both French and English.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Currently pursuing studies in Human Resources, ideally at the Master’s level.
- Fluent in both English and French (one at a native level), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with a flexible and adaptable approach to challenges.
