We are opening a position for a M365 Project Manager to strengthen the team of our client based in Bern.
**Responsibilities of the Position**
- ** Project Management**: You will be responsible for initiating, planning, controlling, monitoring, and managing various project plans. This includes ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- ** Process Management**: Your role will involve defining, introducing, and monitoring processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in project execution. You will be expected to continuously improve these processes to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization.
- Occasional Hands-on interactions with the PowerApps ecosystem
- ** Experience in IT Service Management**: A solid background and knowhow in IT Service Management is a must. This experience will be crucial in managing the IT aspects of the projects effectively.
- ** HERMES Certification**: A Foundation level HERMES Certification is required. If you do not currently hold this certification, you must be willing to obtain it before starting the position. Sword will finance this certification.
- ** Expertise in Microsoft M365 and Office Automation Tools**: Experience and knowhow in the Microsoft M365 environment and other Office Automation tools are considered optional but highly desirable.
- ** Experience in Public Administration or Large Organizations**: Experience working within public administration, federal government, or other large organizations is optional but will be highly valued.
- ** Language Proficiency**: Proficiency in German at a C1 level is required to effectively communicate and collaborate with the team and stakeholders.
