**Project Manager / Product Owner (M/F/d)**

**Your mission**:
As an entrepreneur within the company, you will be responsible for the overall management of your projects. You will understand the client's business needs and the value they aim to create. You will be accountable for implementing innovative IT solutions while ensuring adherence to budget, quality, and timelines. As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with your team on complex, diverse, and cutting-edge technical projects.

**You offer**:

- At least 5 years of experience in managing software development projects.
- Excellent knowledge of traditional project management methods (PMI, Hermes, etc.) and a strong understanding of agile practices (DAD, Scrum, and Safe).
- Technical education (computer science, mathematics, physics, electrical engineering) or a business education with a pronounced affinity for digitalization.
- Proficiency in English or German.
