Responsabilités:

- Gérer et développer les activités, les affaires de la société à Genève, en veillant à ce qu’elle fonctionne de manière efficace et profitable.
- Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients existants et créer son propre portefeuille de clients.
- Promouvoir les produits et services de la société auprès des clients en Suisse-Romande.
- Superviser, encadrer et faire grandir une équipe de professionnels financiers.
- Développer et accompagner les partenaire de coopération dans les différentes régions de la Suisse-romande.
- Participer activement à la renommée et à la visibilité de la société en Suisse Romande.
- Assurer le respect des réglementations financières et des politiques internes de l’entreprise.

Exigences:

- Expérience préalable en tant que responsable de bureau ou dans un rôle similaire dans le secteur financier (Wealth Management, Asset Management).
- Solide réseau de clients dans le domaine financier (privés, institutionnels), très bonne connaissance du tissus économique/financier local, (Romand, un solide atout).
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en négociation et en élaboration de stratégies de croissances.
- Esprit entrepreneurial, capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des décisions éclairées
- Connaissance approfondie des produits et services financiers
- Résidence en Suisse, CH ou permis déjà en mains.

Une expérience **locale** réussie dans un rôle similaire est indispensable afin que nous puissions prendre en considération votre dossier.
