- Provides organizational and technical leadership to assigned employees
- Responsible for training and resources within Boiler Group
- Is responsible for timely ordering and delivery of boiler systems within budget
- Ensures that all boiler documents are of the required quality and on schedule in all execution projects
- Preparation and control of assembly drawing & instructions, quality specifications and operating manuals
- Defines internal boiler design standardization and required templates
- Collaborates in the creation of the boiler sourcing strategy in cooperation with Supply Chain Management
- Maintaining supplier contacts and monitoring engineering & production processes
- Supports in tender and execution projects regarding boiler issues
- Ensures compliance with business processes and regulations

**Your experiences**:
**Job Specifications/Qualifications**:

- Mechanical engineering studies
- Several years of experience in boiler engineering, manufacturing, construction
- Motivates and leads employees in his direct environment
- Brings experience in using appropriate methods to solve complex problems
- Has the business acumen to make decisions independently in his/her area of expertise
- Can contribute his skills and knowhow in daily business situations
- Very good knowledge of boiler design with EN/ASME code
- Good cost awareness across the value chain

**Competence in working methods**
- Good MS Office user skills
- Good oral and written German and English skills
- High quality assurance skills
- Moderation & coaching skills
- Planning and organisational skills, teamwork, communication skills
- Knowledge in handling of common project management systems and tools
